Below, you will find all the policies relating to the way we approach and do things at Staverton.

It’s very important to our school that our policies and practices are rooted in our school vision.

Our school’s vision is based on the parable of the mustard seed. We aim for the children to understand that the school represents the tree and is a safe home for the pupils, represented by the birds. They come and nest within the tree during their time at Staverton School and grow and flourish until they are ready to fly high.

This inclusive, accepting vision is seen through the way the adults interact and welcome the children within the school, creating an atmosphere and central idea that everyone is welcome in our school and everyone is valued and respected as a member of Staverton School.
